a lovely stay!
perfect location kind staff perfect cleanliness varied selection
The hotel's location is perfect. It is so close to all the main attractions and transport links. the staff were kind and always ready to help with any request. i found the cleanliness perfect, it gave a sense of comfort and ease. breakfast offered a tasty and varied selection, and i was delighted by it.
i did find that the soundproofing between rooms was not as effective as i would have liked.

our standard double room featured a very comfy double bed and lovely soft linens, promising restful nights after long days. the air conditioning worked perfectly, the room stayed cool, and the mini-bar was a welcomed addition. the room size was adequate.

The breakfast buffet included fresh bread, a selection of cheeses, and a variety of fresh fruits. hot dishes were available daily, ensuring that everyone found something they adored. The food was amazing!!! the breakfast area was very clean and well maintained.

the reception staff provided prompt and very helpful assistance with directions and recommendations for local attractions. housekeeping did a very meticulous job each day, with fresh towels and tidy spaces. i am impressed by the attentive and friendly service.

this location is seriously unbeatable! it is so close to all the main attractions and public transport is so easy to use. breakfast was super great, with lots of options and the staff were so friendly! they were very good too help me, like really!

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
uncontrollable air conditioning crowded street
I faced a couple of issues . The air conditioning was difficult to control. I had to turn it completely off and on to adjust the temperature, it never maintained a consistent level. Also. the street outside was quite crowded. This made it a challenge to get transportation right to the hotel entrance.
